Pavan brings with him 17 years of experience in building products for automotive products for active safety and AV applications. He has a proven track record of building and managing fast paced multidisciplinary engineering teams, driving innovation, product definition, customer engagement and building high volume products for concept phase to production. Prior to taking the position at AP, Pavan was leading teams at Veoneer in designing Long Range LiDAR for Robotaxi and Radars for active safety applications. He was also involved designing CMOS image sensors used for automotive applications.
Pavan holds Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He lives with his wife and 2 boys in MetroWest Boston and loves being outdoors.
